Job Description

  • To implement Procurement strategies for the assigned portfolio.
  • To deliver cost savings and cash objectives for the assigned Portfolio.
  • To make contracts and track the payments.
  • The main responsibilities are:
  • Handle professionally diverse customer-supplier or operational issues when they arise.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders involved: SUs, Suppliers, Portfolio buyers, Planner.
  • Identify and build partnerships with key suppliers and guarantee Supplier compliance (audits, specifications, general terms, and conditions).
  • Support innovation projects through providing market intelligence, supplier capabilities, and capacity.
  • Deliver bottom-line savings by working together with Suppliers, R&D, and the Supply Chain to identify and implementing cost-saving programs.
  • Assess, identify the appropriate supplier base that would meet the needs of the business.
  • Do any other tasks that might be assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or SC functions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge.
